After your exciting Super City Tour by motorcoach, board the historic Steamboat Natchez, one of Six Authentic Steamboats left on the Mississippi River.

Enjoy a Steam Calliope Concert daily. This two-hour day cruise takes you back to a time when cotton was king and life was as slow and graceful as the current on the Mississippi River.

Enjoy the Captain's narration of the highlights of one of the world busiest ports.

Tour the Historic Steam Engine Room and learn how the steam powers the engines to turn the Paddlewheel and provide the energy for the delightful tunes of the calliope.

Cruise past the Chalmette Battlefield,where Jean Lafitte and his buccaneers joined forces with Andrew Jackon to defeat the British in the Battle of New Orleans.

Departure Location:

Gray Line Lighthouse Ticket Office behind Jax Brewery in the French Quarter at Toulouse Street and The Mississippi River - at the steamboat natchez dock. Just one block from Jackson Square in The French Quarter.

Parking:

Paid Parking is available at The Departure Location. The parking lot fee is approx $11.00 - $13.00 for up to 4 or more hours unless it is a special event. Please allow for extra time due to heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the quarter at all times.

Handicapped Accessibility:

Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. Please submit any special requests at least 48 hours in advance of your reservations.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours, subject to availability. For every confirmed booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Please print and present this E-Ticket voucher at the departure location.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available. Group cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. We charge for no shows.
