This is an open ticket good for any available cruise departure. Specific departure time reservations are not required.

Departure Point:

John James Audubon Riverboat Ticket Office Canal Street & the River (across from Aquarium entrance)

Passengers should meet at this address 25 minutes prior to departure.

Please remember children's ages are 2-12. Children under 2 years of age cruise free and do not require a ticket for admission.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Weather: Cruise route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.
