Our narrated drive out of the city features wild cypress swamps & crossing the Mississippi River on an impressive suspended bridge.
On the Great River Road at Vacherie we visit OAK ALLEY PLANTATION. Guided tour of the famous mansion & free time to admire the spectacular grounds.
Driving deeper into the heart of Cajun country along Bayou Lafourche we arrive in Napoleonville.
After a guided tour of MADEWOOD PLANTATION house, a delicious luncheon will be served in their elegant formal dining room: Salad, Pumpkin Lafourche and Southern Green Beans with a choice of Vegetarian Spinach Pie or a tasty Andouille Gumbo or Crawfish Etouffée, Bread Pudding with Hot Rum Sauce & Tea or Coffee.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
We never cancel a tour once it is confirmed! We go rain or shine, unless there is a hurricane or flood! We have golf umbrellas on board for those who forget to bring their own. In case of lightning, the AIRBOAT tour may be shortened, postponed, or replaced with the Cajun Bayou tour because it is a covered boat. We charge for No-Shows!
